If you have a concern, tip or information that you feel is detrimental to your well being or your companies well being, you can anonymously provide that information by either of these two ways listed below.
NO personal identifying information will be asked of you!
You will be provided an IMS case number for any future references or additions you made need to provide at a later date.
When contacting, please have all information readily available such as name of business, location, date and time of incident, full names of persons involved (if known) and obviously what took place.
Please remember that no matter how miniscule you may believe your information is, ALL provided information is investigated and a determined action plan is placed into effect. Some of the smallest amounts of provided information from an Associate such as yourself, have been the makings of major reconstruction of company policies and have even saved hundreds of lives of fellow workers. So please never feel that your provided information is unwarranted, unneeded or unappreciated!
To make a loss prevention program such as this fully effective, it is crucial, that YOU as an Associate, know that you can turn over incriminating information on anyone in the company without fearing job loss, reprisals or other repercussions. We stress an “Open Door Policy” that management and supervisors are not above suspicion and that all employee complaints or concerns in these matters will also be taken seriously and proper actions will be enforced.
